This is a new car to us and we actually found Michael's shop from the Carfax. Turned out, he knows the car well and has done work on it in the past. It's great to know our car is in such good hands. These can be quite an expensive hobby if you don't have a good mechanic. Michael is a good guy to know.

    The local Ferrari dealership tried to sell me a bunch of stuff, and Michael said he did not feel it was needed -- that was my first experience with Michael. Michael always seems to be trying to find ways to reduce the amount of work the car needs -- instead of selling me unnecessary stuff.

He got back to me the following morning (I had left him a message after hours.) He had looked up the service history of the car and shared all the details with me. All good. I bought the car and since have gone back and forth with a few emails, quick Ferrari questions that he always answers quickly. In all, he's probably spent a little over an hour helping me and I've never met him. So far I'm just a voice on the phone and an email ... or three. I'm almost looking forward to needing service so I can finally meet this guy. Top notch customer service without receiving a dime from me. Not what you'd expect in this situation. Highly recommend.
